Final for Color and Design

Final Project

For your last project for the class, you have a choice of either making a self-portrait using a color scheme of your choice.

OR

You may copy a famous painting on a wine bottle. You would use your tracing paper to transfer the images to the bottle. Of course you will need to paint the bottle first with gesso, and then use acyclic paint on top of that to make the painted images.

Color and Design Final

The "Final" for this class will be December 14 between 6:15 and 8:15.

SAN JOSE ART MUSEUM FIELD TRIP

For this field trip to the San Jose Museum we will meet there at 3:30 - 4:00 and view the exhibition. The directions for the museum are posted at the above website.

Then we will go to my studio afterward the museum visit. That address is: 855 N. Fifth St, San Jose, CA 95112 My studio number is #122.


The cost to the museum is $5.00 with a student body card.

Value Scale Project

You are to create two different value scales. One using only black and white and the other a value scale using color. This is due on Monday.
